Hi Marcelo,
Thank you for writing in with your suggestions. You are in good
company as other users have also requested similar functionality.
Please see more details and questions in-line.

We've talked about this, but I don't think there's a bug logged for
this. Would you mind logging a bug?

We've talked about this functionality in a variety of forms. Here's
the one that most closely matches what you're describing: https://

As for documents, we've discussed adding the ability to 'attach'
documents to items and mark items as 'Resource' items. (See more
about Resource items below.)

Yes indeed. This is logged as bug 11622 - https://

To help us prioritize, do you have a top 3 list of rich text
capability? (e.g. Tab, Bold and URLs?)

Do you want to be able to keep notes around as reference material?
We've talked about adding a 'Resource' Kind for items that have
persistent value as reference material.

If I'm understanding you correctly, this is the first 'web widget'
we'd like to deploy. We're hoping to make it available as an iGoogle/
Yahoo homepage widget as well as on the desktop and possibly iPhone.
