[chandler-users] #7894: not "purged" to the DONE section

Oh oops yes. The bug I referred to only turns Auto-triaging back on  
if the user manually triages the item to match the event date/time.  
Otherwise, you might get into a war with yourself trying to keep  
something NOW manually while Chandler tries to auto-triage based on  
event date.
