If it's anything like the iPhone calendar you can sync by subscribing  
to your Chandler Hub account via CalDAV using iCal:

http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/CosmoWithiCal

there should be an option in iTunes that lets you pick an iCal  
calendar to sync onto the touch.

A Chandler aware application using the iphone dev kit could be  
interesting, though I haven't heard any specific ideas. We're much  
more likely to see a "traditional" web based iPhone app within the  
next few months.
