[chandler-users] request: assign task to another user

Sounds like a pretty cool feature to me, though there are aspects  
(moving an item between collections which a user doesn't necessarily  
own, moving an item based on a field value, to name a couple) that are  
definitely non-trivial.

Of course, we're open source, so patches welcome! I'd encourage you to  
file a feature bug with any thoughts you have.
