[chandler-users] invite user to event

Hi Sam

What do you mean by "invite"?

Item level permissions (ie, granting a ticket on a single item) is not  
supported, but sending an email about a given event to a list of email  
addresses should be. Checking hub.chandlerproject.org I notice that we  
currently aren't filling in email addresses when sending an email  
using the "mail" button in the detail view, but that's a bug.

I've filed bug 11812 for this particular issue (https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11812 
  ) but I'm not totally sure this is what you mean.
