Sharing is accomplished using "tickets".  Once you create a collection, 
you can create a "ticket" using the advanced account browser that can be 
shared with others.  This workflow is better supported using the desktop 
application.  It goes something like:

1. Use desktop to create collection
2. publish collection, get urls for read/read-write access
3. distribute shared urls to desktop and web users to subscribe to.

We'd like to support an easier workflow through the web ui and we are 
thinking about ways of doing that.

I think the may be a property in PimMessageResources.properties, which 
is located in the war file under WEB-INF/classes.  Someone may want to 
chime in on this.
