[chandler-users] Simplifying the menus: Bug 12318

Hi,

I realized my email to the list was a little bit out of nowhere.

So just to provide a bit more context on this issue...None of the  
options under the Tools / Debug menu are intended to be end-user  
options. (The Auto-Reload option for example is checked by default  
and shouldn't really be tampered with unless the user runs into a  
bug. There are already more straightforward end-user options for  
reload in the File menu.)

The Tools / Debug menu items are helpful insofar as they provide  
users who decide to participate in the community, easy access to the  
tools they need to troubleshoot Chandler and help us figure out what  
went wrong. The name change to Debug is intended to communicate that  
the options under the menu aren't going to be particularly user  
friendly, nor are they meant for day-to-day usage.

As for plug-ins, currently, the only supported plug-in is the Debug  
plug-in. The other plug-ins should only be installed as experiments  
and should only be installed in a separate Chandler that does not  
have any real data in it.
