[chandler-users] Alarm notifications

Greetings!

I'm new to Chandler Desktop, running it currently under OpenSuse 11,
KDE4.  I've noticed that when I set an alarm the alarm popup only
pops-up within the context of the Chandler window.  If I'm working in
another window (which is when I'm most likely to have a reminder go
off) the Chandler tab on the taskbar blinks a few times and remains
highlighted.  The reminder popup doesn't show up unless I switch over
to the Chandler window.

Since it's easy to miss that blinking, is there any way the popup can
show up no matter what window is active?  Can Chandler be set to make
a noise when the alarm goes off?
