[chandler-users] problems with access

Dear support staff,

I created an chandler hub account, but I'm unable to access it.  
Instead I can only see this screen indefinetly. I tried to acess using  
mozilla firefox (linux and mac versions) and safari (mac version) and  
in all of them I got stucked in the same screen without see the hub.  
Is this a problem with my account or with the service.
