[chandler-users] Chandler Desktop 1.0 released

Hi, Fritz

The only changes made since rc2 were:

- Bug 12290 (https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi? 
id=12290), an intermittent problem seen by someu users where typing in  
the notes field would cause a crash log to come up.

- Minor changes to some README files.

So, if you weren't running into that bug, you're probably fine not re- 
downloading.
