[chandler-users] 24 hour format

I would also like to use 24 hour time format; the link below talks about
locales, but not how to set them! I have found that there is a command line
parameter --locale , but I can't find a list of what locales are available.
Also this thread talks about blind experimentation to find a locale with the
right combination of formats - surely there must be a less random way of
doing this ? Are the locales defined in human readable files somewhere ?

I have already found that the Gnome locale settings are not read by Chandler
1.0-rc1 (running on Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron).
