[chandler-users] "Another Chandler is already..." Help!

Hi All
Yesterday morning when I tried to start up Chandler (1.0-rc1) it failed to
start with a message "Another Chandler is already running off the same data
repository". I've been running this version for a while now without issues.
Can anyone help me recover my data, please? I have backups, but I don't know
how to get rid of that message.
