[chandler-users] indexing error

After a couple of searches in OSAF's bugzilla bug-tracking system, it 
seems to me this is a new one, or at least worth submitting separately 
if or until it is determined to be a duplicate.

Here's a link to the reporting instruction. They're not quite as onerous 
as they would first appear.
