[chandler-users] Some thoughts from new user

Hello all,
 
First of all i must say i really enjoy using Chandler. I have been looking for something like this for months, and i am glad i
finally found it.
 
I do have 2 feature requests and also a big NO NO for the current version. But lets begin with the feature requests.
 
1. It would be nice if the notes that can be attached to any item, would have some basic layouting possibilities: like bold text,
background color, font color, tabs ...
 
2. It would be VERY VERY nice if in dashboard view, all items would have the background color of their collection (or at least give
users this as an option). This could be combined with a sorting option by collection. This way you would have an overview of all
your items at once, while still knowing what item belongs to which collection. Now, i have either an overview of all items, but
don't know what collection it belongs to, or i should view per collection, but then i dont have an overview of everything. What do
you think?
 
To end with a negative note (this does not make the program negative, like i said above i like it), the program is terribly SLOW!
Especially on startup it takes ages. This should not be like this in a modern program running on a modern computer. Also on every
action you take while running the program, there is a very noticable delay (but this is not as bad as the startup, but still, i
repeat, this should not be like this in a modern program running on a modern computer).
