[chandler-users] Error on Synch

I never tried setting up mail accounts on Chandler before but when I did and tried to sync, I get this traceback.  Is this related to the previously attempted plugin installation?  Can I just delete the folders under the plugins folder to uninstall plugins or do I have to run some command to remove items associated with the plugin from the repository?
