[chandler-users] GUI changes in 0.7.5.1

Hi guys, I just wanted to share a couple thoughts about the recent
changes to the GUI interface. I'm really pleased that the reorder
collections feature has been added at long last. This was high on my
chandler nuisance bugs list, and now it's in the rear view mirror.
Yeeee-hawww!

In 0.7.4 and earlier versions, I could hit a button on the dash to just
show me all items marked as tasks. I could mark items as calendar items
but not mark them as tasks. This button does not seem to be there any
more, and all calendar items are simultaneously tasks under "all"; I
don't see a way of marking them as not "tasks" any longer. This change
has had the effect of dumping all of my repetitive appointments that are
not projects onto my task lists. So I have to sort through many
recurring weekly appointments that are in chandler so that I don't
double book myself, but are not "projects" in the GTD sense that need to
be managed, whenever I am seeking "projects" sensu stricto. I have a
feeling I'm going to have to create a bunch of new collections to
separate out items that are solely calendar items from items that are
tasks with or without corresponding calendar time scheduled. I liked
the old way of handling things better.

My $.02.

Wil
