[chandler-users] Missing Tool Bar Buttons

Hello all - I am a new user and firstly let me say how impressed I am  
by Chandler. However I notice that my Tool Bar is distinctly different  
to the one shown in the screen shots. Specifically I have:
'All, Starred, Calendar, Sync, Text box, Clean up and Send'
where as the screen shots have:
'All, Starred, Mail, Tasks, Calendar, Sync All, New, Reply, Reply All,  
Forward, Triage, Text Box, Send'
I also notice that the Preferences option is greyed out.

I am running the latest version of Chandler 0.7.5.1 on OS X 10.5.2.
I think I have set up my email account correctly.

So why is there a difference? Certainly the screenshots look like a  
more sophisticated release. Is this because .7.5.1 is a preview release?
Apologies in advance if I've missed something obvious in the  
documentation, or I should have spent more time reading the FAQ.
