[chandler-users] change DB path / roaming profile

Hmm, I just realized a misunderstanding/oversight on my part. I believe
what I've described below is all well and good for the one machine,
useful or not, but does not mean actually that I would be able to easily
use this repository on this USB drive from a second machine. Will let
you know.
