Hi Andrew,
Currently, there isn't a 'real' way to make the username appear in
the WHO column if you're editing from Chandler Desktop.
That being said, what appears in the WHO column, when is definitely a
work in process and we're working through iterations on the design
list right now.

Attaching Hub account usernames to shared collections is definitely
on the radar and it's very helpful to know that users care about this
inconsistency as well.
In the mean time, the only way to 'fudge' what your describing is to
have the 1st email account you enter match the Hub account username.
