this is correct. the ticket itself is a credential; it is a
replacement for username and password. the server doesn't know the
identity of the person presenting the ticket; it just knows that by
virtue of having the ticket, the person is allowed to read or
read+write the calendar.
cosmo does not yet support sharing of calendars between user accounts.
in other words, user A cannot tell cosmo that user B can access user
A's calendar. user A can only generate a ticket for the calendar and
give that ticket to user B.
