Ok, it looks like a bug in Sunbird / Lightning(0.5).

Just for information, I noticed later, that if the user is declared as
Admin, there is no bug.

I have tested the latest nightly build of Lightning (0.7pre) , it works
differently. When adding a new CalDAV calendar on a chandler server, login
or password are NEVER asked, and I can view and edit all calendars.

I don't know CalDAV protocol enough to know if it is normal or not.
