[chandler-users] Gentoo Ebuild

[Billy Sneed]

I'm running the osaf-server-bundle-0.7.0.tar.gz package on a gentoo x86_64
AMD Athlon, no ebuild. I usually run into some permission issues and such on
apps like this one, but IIRC, the install went very smooth.

I haven't upgraded to 0.7.1 yet.
