Well, that's encouraging!  Now if we can just get your Outlook export
working smoothly...

I haven't tried either of these for extracting iCalendar from Outlook,
I'll give them a try.

Can you try looking through your log (Tools > Logging > Log Window) for
a line that looks like

Traceback (most recent call last

and paste that (and the rest of the stack trace) into an email or a bug?
 Or, like Philippe mentioned, you could attach your .ics to a bug (or a
private email to me) if it isn't too private.
