[chandler-users] Migration Instructions to v0.7.1 from v0.7alpha5

Hi Chandler People...

I managed to save everything from v0.7alpha5 and restore it successfully to the new v0.7.1 version.
The only hitch is in the migration instructions themselves. Perhaps others have mentioned it, but
v0.7alpha5 produces .dump, not .chex files, and the option to do that is File >> "Dump Items To File..."
rather than File >> "Export Collections and Settings", as described in the instructions.

Since I didn't see an option to output a .chex file, I used the "Dump Items To File" *and* the "Export"
options to write out both .dump and .ics files, just in case .dump was no longer supported. Yeah,
this is a nit, but it might be worth updating the migration instructions to clear this up.
