The "debug" version of Chandler is a build that has all of the error
checking and test assertions enabled. The only difference you should
be seeing in the log would be minor.
Any error you may get will have the information recorded in a number of
places including the log, and if it is a particularly nasty error, then
you would also see a Talkback Dialog appear giving you the ability to
send an error report to us.
Referencing that Talkback information, the version information from the
About box and like Aparna mentioned in her reply, the repo submit ID
number would be a rather lovely bug report indeed!
