[chandler-users] partial sync of events problem

Hi,

Sorry for my delay in jumping into this conversation - I get the  
emails in digest form, not as they show up (which I've now fixed).

Just to clarify a couple of things:
  - while I do work on several computers (two at work, and two at  
home) I only use chandler on one of these computers, the MacBook Pro  
and only edit on this one copy.  Mitch, however, may be running more  
than one copy of chandler on his various computers.
  - Jeffrey is correct below - I have not figured out a way to be  
editing more than one event at a time (i.e., my cursor can only be in  
the title field of one event, not several)
  - It is unlikely that I actually leave my cursor in the Event Title  
field, though quite likely that I leave it in either the Location  
field or the Notes field, depending on the event, and whether I have  
notes to make.  I also have left the cursor in the Ending Time  
field.  Not sure if this makes a difference with the synching or lack  
thereof.
  - This morning, I've added two appointments, each one from  
12:30-2p, one on Wed, Sep 12 and the other on Thu, Sep 13.  My cursor  
is not in any of the fields of these appointments.  Let me know how  
these look.
  - I almost always edit events by using the boxes on the right side  
of the calendar.  The only time I edit in the lozenge is to move an  
event, or change the duration, but even with these edits, I usually  
use the boxes.
  - I don't use the dashboard (haven't figured out how to edit in the  
dashboard view)

It's easy to construct a model of how one item might get shared with New
Event as its title, but it's harder to see how that could happen to
several items created by Esther, because she can only be editing one
event at a time.

So there may be something else that's going wrong here.

Did syncing both sides cause these New Event items to have their titles
updated?
