[chandler-users] partial sync of events problem

I've been sifting through server log for "New Event" items in the
Mitch8 log.  Since yesterday morning I see 4 of them:

3906e83a-5c9a-11dc-ed56-0017f203802e created 9:57am, published 9/6
9:57am, deleted 9:58am

1a76c1b8-5cc4-11dc-e079-c79fa5ecf5bf  created 2:57pm, published 9/6
3:54pm, assigned a title (Lunch with T. P.) at 6pm

0763469c-5cfa-11dc-86cd-b4a7821aafaf created 9:23pm, published 9/6
9:41pm, not assigned a title as far as I know (but the event is for
9/7 at 4:00pm)

7f359b90-5d57-11dc-85c8-ec306a04cfb7 created 8:32am, published 9/7
8:37am, assigned a title (S.G. calling MK cell phone ) at 11:40am

These mostly seem to fit the pattern of an item being created
(starting with a title of New Event) and committed to disk, then
presumably the user assigning a title but not having the change being
committed, while the background sharing layer has synced whatever was
committed (which is still "New Event").
