Well, the next place to look is the log file.  Do a "Sync All", wait
until the status bar shows no more activity, and then click the "Tools
> Logging > Log Window..." menu, then in the dialog box that pops up,
choose "Copy to clipboard" and paste that into a private email to me
(not to the mailing list).
