[chandler-users] Can't Subscribe to Hub Account

Try this.

1. Login to the web ui. 
2. Verify that you see your collection in the pull-down list on the left.
3. Make sure your collection is selected and click the 'i' to the right 
of it.
4. Verify the Chandler Desktop URL displayed is the same one you are 
usiing
