[chandler-users] Can't Subscribe to Hub Account

Yes I can login to the webui, no problem.
Just can't subscribe to a hub collection using the url provided.
eg.:
https://hub.chandlerproject.org:443/mc/collection/b940bf84-65bd-4499-951c-1fc40b323972

returns an error and fails completely

https://hub.chandlerproject.org:443/pim/collection/b940bf84-65bd-4499-951c-1fc40b323972

proceeds to the login and password boxes but won't seemingly accept the 
(correct) login or password. The login dialog just keeps reappearing 
with the name and password I provided ... but  that's it.
