Ah, thanks.  I'll let Brian Kirsch take the lead on that one, since I
suspect it's Outlook not liking the way we're serializing attachments.

Ah, I see, you were already using intensity as a signal, so the UI
signals we're giving you with intensity aren't helping you at all.

You could just mark all your any-time events as all-day, then they'd
look right for you, I think.  All you'd lose is the busy-bar
functionality.  You would have to do extra work for every new untimed
event, though.

So, here's a hyper-power-user-tip to change the saturation and intensity
to your liking:
- Open chandler_source/application/styles.conf
- Find the sections with comments with the phrase "FYI/Anytime/@Time
Lozenges"
- Edit the saturation and value (intensity) levels

Note that some saturation and intensities are special cased, you'd need
to change FYI variables in the "Color-specific lozenge colors" section
to fix those.
