if you know the URL of the (cosmo) calendar you want to subscribe to,
and the URL has a ticket in it, then you can just plug that URL into
your browser. there will be a little '+' icon that you can click to
subscribe to the calendar. but i do think it would be nice to have
something similar right there in the calendar UI.
