[chandler-users] Chandler Project names

For the record, we're all Chandler now!

Cosmo ==> "Chandler Server"

Cosmo/ChandlerServer hosted by OSAF as a free service ==> "Chandler Hub"

Original desktop application ==> "Chandler Desktop"

Questions about Chandler Server and/or Chandler Hub are welcome (and 
encouraged) on this list.

Conversations about server development happen on 
cosmo-dev at osafoundation.org, so that is also a good forum for deeply 
technical questions about Cosmo/ChandlerServer from a developer's 
perspective. If you have questions about running your own server, those 
questions are welcome either here or on that list. The 
Cosmo/ChandlerServer developers read both lists.

Conversations about desktop development happen on 
chandler-dev at osafoundation.org. (We decided not to rename the two 
development lists at the time we made the decision to use the name 
"Chandler" for all projects. We thought the disruption would be more of 
a problem than the name confusion).

While conversations about product design and planning often start here 
on this list, the workaday design work for all Chandler projects happens 
on design at osafoundation.org.
