[chandler-users] need some help with Chandler

Hi Esther,

Quite possibly unrelated, but I've had issues with email synching with
Chandler today.

You might try suspending the sync of mail, and see if that changes
anything. The menu path is

File-Suspend synching-Mail

To unsuspend the synching of email, just follow the same menu path again
to remove the check-mark next to Mail.
