This feature was slated for Preview. However, it was found that
there were a number of bugs in the Twisted IMAP4 server which
Chandler was leveraging to implement the Chandler Folders
with POP strategy. Ah such it was deemed too much time and
effort to attempt to fix the Twisted issues given the tight
Preview dead line.

At this point I don't believe Chandler Folders over POP
is still on the development schedule.

Although, we are currently crafting our Chandler 1.0 email strategy.
