[chandler-users] Cosmo works for local calendar, but not remote clients

Hi Blair, Thanks for helping, but I still haven't made any progress with
Sunbird (or Lightning).

I didn't mention this earlier, but I'm using the Ubuntu Linux platform,
and I don't see an "(i)" in the main window. When I drill down to my
user's account, I see the attached screen shot. (In sunbird, I'm using
the URL for [dav] - at the bottom of the image).

I've tried various other URLs including:

dav://localhost:8080/cosmo/dav/jbd/Cosmo
http://localhost:8080/cosmo/dav/jbd/Cosmo
