[blush] I would also like to have recognized the valuable feedback that
Pieter Hartsook has provided. Pieter has often raised issues and
questions that I have also been thinking about how and whether to post
to the lists.

I find myself often responding to Pieter's feedback with a "me too" or
"I agree," sometimes with an actual response to the list, but also
frequently just to myself, because I'm confident that Pieter and the
team will work out the matter in another 10-20 emails or so.  :-)
Maybe I and others should do more "+1" style voting along the way, for
example, perhaps when "last call" type emails are sent by PPD. Let us
know if that would be useful.
