[chandler-users] DF - queue up restore of shares

Hi, a suggestion for the future, low priority...assuming the retention
of the current limit of nine simultaneous subscribe threads downloading
collections (shares) from Cosmo, it would be useful if Chandler would
queue up the remainder of the subscribe requests instead of attempting
as it does now to start them all at once, only to have the tenth one and
higher to fail on timeout. They are easily restarted, and do run to
completion. It just seems the current additional intervention required
is avoidable.
