[chandler-users] CPU Throttle for Sync

Jared,

I believe you are correct, I think, that this is a more recent
phenomenon. This perhaps goes to explaining why I have also found that
in the last several weeks or so that I cannot sync mail at the same time
as my shares, that is, I cannot use Sync All successfully, or unattended
anyway. The email sync complains and stops on "connection time out".
