[chandler-users] Chandler font looks jagged and spindly

Hi there! I'm new to Chandler so apologies if this has been covered
elsewhere. I checked the archive and nothing.

 

Any rate, I've built Chandler from source on my Suse Linux box. It loads up
fine, but the font used throughout the product (controls / title bar etc)
looks very spindly and jagged. This spoils the entire look of the interface.
Is it possible my system is missing a software package or somehow the
characters aren't being rendered properly? Or is this a shortcoming of
Chandler at present? I must add that other products on my machine (KDE,
Firefox etc) look fine.
