[chandler-users] [Cosmo] Admin console feedback from Jared

Thanks Jared for pulling me aside today to go over a few issues about  
the admin console. I'm just listing them out so you may verify that I  
have captured all of your concerns and we can track them with bugzilla.

+ Would like to see the total amount of users.
+ Dashboard of statistics, metrics page, total no. of users, graphs etc.
+ A context sensitive menu will help for next actions after finding  
the user, ie. user's PW retrieval opposed to having to scroll up and  
down for next actions.
+ Pagination on both top and bottom of the page would be useful
+ Feedback (ie. hourglass) to show that the list of user's page is  
refreshing.

I had already created a bug which we could expand out to a superbug
