The timeout means that the master password will be cleared from memory
after that many minutes if the master password hasn't been used during
the timeout period. As it happens, the default sync time is 60 minutes
(AFAIK), so if you set the master password timeout to 61 minutes or
more, the master password will never time out.

If you hibernate your computer for more than 180 minutes, then the
master password will time out because it wasn't used during hibernation.
