There are 4-5 recurrence related bugs associated with using the table
view when filtering by calendar events which were delayed till after
Preview.  I believe those bugs are what's keeping us from treating
separate view selectors as fully baked for Preview.

Keith, I think it'd be great to have UI in the toolbar to control view
separately from filter, but I think it's a non-trivial thing to design,
since there's limited space in the toolbar.
