[chandler-users] Has anyone successfully implemented the Address Book Parcel that came out of the Summer of Code Project

As you're probably aware, this plugin is in pretty rough shape right  
now: we won't be doing any serious work on it until after our  
upcoming Preview release.

I'm not sure of the exact answer for windows (I'm not familiar with  
the installation process), but the following should work:

0. Quit Chandler

1. Locate the chandler folder on disk (it's the one that contains  
Chandler.py, and a folder called "parcels", amongst others).

2. Copy the "contacts" folder from your expanded zip archive into  
"parcels". In other words, you'll have a folder parcels\contacts,  
that contains a couple of .py files.

I think that to get the plugin loaded, you'll have to rebuild your  
repository (i.e. throw out any data you currently have saved in  
Chandler). To do that:

3. Launch Chandler, and immediately hold down the Control key, until  
you see a dialog with a bunch of radio button choices. I don't have  
the exact working handy, but pick the one that says it will resets  
all your data.
