[chandler-users] What's "Restore published shares"?

As this thread has demonstrated, the differences between these
various options are subtle and our hope for Preview is to simplify
the menu options. Restore Published Shares and Save and Restore
Settings will most likely go away and be replaced by a singled
'Backup/Dump' and Restore workflow that should accommodate 80% of the
use cases, certainly the common end-user use cases.
Any additional functionality needed for testing/trouble-shooting will
most likely get shuttled into the Test/Experimental menu.
Please see Sheila's email to the design list on Data migration
between Chandler releases: http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/

Thx,
Mimi
