Since I am also a Chandler user, I thought I would reply...

I primarily use the Desktop app but l shared the task list and  
calendar I have for my kids and I have been consulting the web app on  
my iPhone.

I am using the tasks more so than the calendar.

I use both at home and I work. I shared several calendars with a  
group of people.

I share with myself by consulting the web client on my phone when I  
don't have my laptop handy.

The 2 that come to mind most often are

+ Address book - with my kids I keep track of more addresses and  
phone numbers than I used to
+ Detachable detail view or larger notes area. I find myself putting  
quite a bit of content in the notes field.

There is still quite a few bugs in the dashboard that pop up and make  
you wonder what happened ie: things appearing in the NOW section.  
Mimi has addressed all of these.

Not me but several others have asked about more details concerning  
how to get started with the dashboard.
