I am sharing everything from the collections that I share. Note that I
also have a Private collection I never share.

Yes. Although the private, non-shared collection makes things more
complicated.

ACLs.

Performance, renaming collection you subscribed to as read-only,
reordering collections.

No. I find that I can mostly locate stuff on the wiki starting from
chandlerproject.org nowadays, following Developers link at top, and then
the page I am looking for is usually linked from there. Sometimes I have
to use the search function, which does not work very well, and
occasionally I have to resort to Google to find something I know is in
our wiki or mailinglist archives but I can't find it otherwise.
