OK, thanks for your help. After upgrading to the 0.10.0 version I can now
create collections and upload to them with cadaver and these collections
and files also appear in the Account Browser. I understand this is not the
main focus but it is a useful feature in some situations.
(I'm not sure if this was fixed by your proposed changes or I was simply
using a wrong dav URL earlier but now works, however only with cadaver,
Mac OS X Finder is still read-only, presumably because of no locking.)
I also noticed that the documentation is out of sync currently maybe
because of the reshuffling you've mentioned. This makes it more difficult
for a new user to get started. For example on page:
http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/CosmoWithiCal
it says: "enter your Cosmo home directory URL" without telling what is it
and later refers to "http://localhost:8080/cosmo/home/bcm/" which now
seems to be http://localhost:8080/chandler/dav/<user>/ instead. I'm not
complaining about this and I think this will get updated eventually, just
wanted to let you now that this makes it a bit confusing for a new.
