[chandler-users] Chandler email server connection issues

Hello Keith,
This is Brian Kirsch, Mail Service Engineer for Chandler.
First, thanks for responding with your issue. We will solve it  
shortly :)

Second I am not clear on what server you are using.

I can ping imap1.co.uk , but can not get a connection to imap1.co.uk  
port 143.

The next step would be for you to provide me with both the server  
host name and
a username and password I can use to login to.

If possible please supply a username and password for a testing type  
account and not your
own.

Once I have all the information, I will file a bug regarding the  
issue and add you to the
cc: list.
