If we see bugs that block testing or dogfooding, we should go ahead and 
fix them, even if we are focused on performance over the next few weeks. 
The bugzilla "Severity" field will be marked "blocker" or "critical" if 
we agree that a bug is getting in the way of dogfooding or testing.

I'll let others comment on the specifics of this bug, and we can come to 
a conclusion about whether we think this one should be a "blocker", but 
I just wanted to make sure the priorities are clear.
